The role focuses on coordinating the flow of materials, managing shipping activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and resolving data or process issues that impact delivery and production schedules.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials and work across departments to meet production and shipping schedules
Review and distribute production schedules, work orders, and shipment plans
Support outbound shipping activities, including prime product shipping
Process units and shipments using SAP
Perform order processing and outbound shipment creation
Monitor inventory levels and requisition materials as needed to meet production demand
Record and analyze production data, including output volumes, material consumption, and quality metrics
Perform data analysis and grief/issue resolution related to shipping, inventory, or order discrepancies
Support rate requests and inventory management activities
Ensure documentation, processes, and outputs conform to established standards and specifications
Qualification
Required
2+ years of related experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing support
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials
Strong documentation and data recording skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with shipping, production, and inventory processes
Ability to work effectively in a structured, office-based environment
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Logistics or a related field
