Business Continuity Program Manager
DeWinter Group is seeking a Business Continuity Program Manager to independently lead and oversee daily initiatives within the Business Continuity Management for their cloud products. The role involves developing, implementing, and improving business continuity and disaster recovery strategies while ensuring organizational resilience and compliance.
Responsibilities
Serve as a Project Manager for the BCMS program covering their cloud products
Develop and lead activities related to business continuity plan creation, testing, validation, training, and continuous improvement
Identify, develop, document, and implement new business continuity processes
Implement new processes for business continuity incident response and lead the change throughout the organization
Work with product and engineering teams across the company assessing, documenting, and managing business continuity risk
Provide clear success measures and operational plans, regularly reporting program status and KPI results to executive leadership in agreed-upon formats and cadence
Highlight and escalate business continuity risks to sponsors as needed
Qualification
Required
Candidate must sit on West Coast
3-5 years of experience managing software product BCMS programs required

Support product security and compliance initiatives and certification audits
Communicate program status per determined format and cadence
Work to resolve issues and mitigate program risks across the organization
Experience with Hyperproof GRC, and Tableau or PowerBI reporting
