Responsibilities
Develop and review Framework, RepBox and CTM requirements and diagrams
Develop and review Framework and Missile Defense System Interface Control Documents
Lead and facilitate technical discussions and collaboration activities with both internal and external stakeholders to include Prime Contractors and the Missile Defense elements
Actively participate in Framework, RepBox and CTM Program Increment Planning activities
Develop and review verification and validation plan for CTM development and coordination with the accrediting organization
Draft and review technical documents, briefings, white papers, etc
Play a role in overall functional strategic planning of Framework, RepBox and CTM System Engineering processes within the organization
Qualification
Required
Must have a MA/MS degree and 12+years of relevant experience or a BA/BS degree and 20+ years of relevant experience
Must have experience in model and simulation development
Must have experience in Agile and Lean software development principles
Must have experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts and applications
Must have experience in software containerization development concepts and applications
Must have experience in model and simulation requirements development
Must have experience in model and simulation verification and validation
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must have an Active Secret Security clearance
Preferred
Experience in Radio Frequency (RF) and Infrared (IR) signature models preferred
Experience with environmental models and environmental states and effects preferred
Experience with missile defense system and/or threat system simulation and model testing processes preferred
Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) preferred
Experience with DoD and/or MDA acquisition and systems engineering preferred
