Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership and oversight for multiple concurrent and highly technical construction projects with values ranging from $50M–$500M+
Lead and manage Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Controls staff, ensuring consistent execution of company standards across all phases of construction
Establish, implement, and continuously improve project management policies, procedures, and best practices specific to mission-critical/data center/advanced tech environments
Partner with Project Executives, Operations leadership, and Preconstruction to ensure smooth project transitions from pursuit through closeout
Support business development and preconstruction efforts by providing operational input on staffing strategies, execution plans, risk assessments, and scheduling approaches
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, compliance, and contractual requirements across the project portfolio
Oversee portfolio-level financial performance, including cost controls, forecasting accuracy, change management, risk mitigation, and reporting
Monitor project schedules, logistics strategies, and constructability plans to proactively identify and resolve performance risks
Mentor, coach, and develop project management talent, including succession planning and workforce development initiatives
Lead lessons-learned initiatives and drive continuous improvement related to project delivery, controls, and reporting systems
Support resolution of escalated project issues, balancing client satisfaction with company objectives
Collaborate with executive leadership to align project execution strategies with long-term business goals
Represent the company in select client meetings, internal leadership forums, and industry engagements as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
12–15+ years of progressive construction management experience, including significant leadership responsibility over multiple projects or teams
Demonstrated experience delivering complex MEP scope, mission-critical or data center projects
Strong operational and financial acumen, including portfolio-level budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and contract administration
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing project management teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel to project sites and regional/national offices as required
