Responsibilities
Strong experience in application management, deployment coordination, and meeting delivery commitments on time and within budget
Demonstrated experience in technical project management
Hands on experience supporting web? based applications
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proven experience coordinating deployments through multiple non? production and production environments
Release and deployment planning and execution experience
Experience working with vendor? supported applications where vendors build and maintain solutions
Experience planning and implementing software and hardware changes, patches, and upgrades
Proven experience working in an agile delivery environment within a defined engineering or delivery role
Strong collaboration and organizational skills in a matrixed environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning, reporting, and execution discipline
Positive, proactive, and results oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of midrange programming and technical experience (e.g., Java, SQL, Oracle, Exadata, Linux/RHEL, server administration)
Strong experience in application management, deployment coordination, and meeting delivery commitments on time and within budget
Demonstrated experience in technical project management
Hands on experience supporting web? based applications

Prior team lead or people management experience
Experience with environment management and release management
