Help prepare financial statements

Supporting analysis
Support audits by pulling schedules
Answering questions

Dig into technical accounting topics (leases, consolidations, revenue, impairments, debt)
Support ERP or process-improvement projects
Help document or refine how work gets done
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or actively working toward CPA
5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in multi-entity or consolidated environments
Strong hands-on experience with month-end close and financial reporting
Solid GAAP knowledge (especially areas like ASC 842, 810, 360)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, nested formulas, lookups)
Preferred
Experience in high-growth retail or healthcare environments
Exposure to SOX compliance and audit support
Experience with systems like NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Great Plains, or similar
Familiarity with tools like Trintech, Workiva, GTreasury, or BI/reporting platforms
Comfort presenting or explaining financial analysis to stakeholders
