Mid, Senior LevelSafeStreets is seeking a Lead Trainer to support their Training Department and Field through technical support, training, coaching, and mentorship of Elite Home Professionals. The Lead Trainer will be responsible for managing the training and support of new hires, ensuring their success and retention during their initial employment period.

Responsibilities
Guide, coach, and support a team of New Hire Elite Home Professionals through their first 90 days
Ensure daily communication and availability for questions, troubleshooting, and encouragement
Help new hires complete training, conduct their first solo installs, and grow into successful and independent 5-star field professionals
Lead daily Tech Line sessions via Microsoft Teams, providing daily real-time assistance to the Field
Collaborate with other Lead Trainers and the Manager of Training to ensure Tech Line coverage and quality support is available
Drive New Hire retention by creating a positive, encouraging, and successful work environment for New Hire EHP’s
Ensuring New Hires remain employed throughout the 30 day training period, for the first 30 days from their first solo install, and 60 days from their first solo install
Partner with the Training Manager to ensure team balance and fair distribution of New Hire assignments
Qualification
Required
Proven performance and leadership as a Elite Home Professional/Pro Instructor
Ability to man the Tech Line on a daily schedule
Must meet minimum required performance metrics per company average over a 90 day period: $1,000 Partner PEA, $800 Overall PEA, Average of 1 installed referral/SGN per month in last 90 days, No inventory discrepancies or outstanding inventory issues in last 90 days
Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
A self-starter who is passionate about developing others and committed to SafeStreets' mission
Ability to multitask, create clear and attainable goals, and to create and follow through with the daily actions that lead to achieving these goals
