They are seeking an IT Support Technician to handle hardware and software troubleshooting, respond to IT support requests, and assist with new hire IT orientations.

Responsibilities

Schedule is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Mon - Fri
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Hardware repair
Respond to IT Support requests
New hire IT orientations
Assist other projects and work as needed

Qualification

Required

Six months experience in similar role
Software and peripheral troubleshooting
Able to repair workstation hardware
Fundamentals of networking (Layers 1-3)
Windows server knowledge
Cable management
Ability to communicate and present training materials effectively in group settings
Flexibility to switching tasks and prioritizing changing demands
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in office and plant floor environment

Preferred

The preferred candidate will be organized, with strong customer service skills, and have experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
