Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and other behavioral health providers
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Regional Practice Managers and Medical Directors to create business plans that align with global marketing strategies
Sales Execution: Generate leads, identify effective sales tactics, and navigate the complete sales cycle to exceed territory goals
Territory Analysis: Provide timely updates on territory strengths, weaknesses, and market trends to evaluate strategic development
Administrative Excellence: Manage work hours, referral data, and expense reporting with high attention to detail
Compliance: Uphold all federal and state requirements, including HIPAA privacy rules and the Greenbrook TMS Code of Conduct

Required

Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Experience: 2–3 years of successful full-time experience in B2B, healthcare, or medical sales
Technical Aptitude: Strong computer skills and the ability to analyze and convey complex clinical information
Soft Skills: Leadership, initiative, and effective communication skills are essential
Travel & Mobility: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required; Reliable personal transportation is required. Must be willing to travel regionally up to 80% of the time
Work Environment: Field-based role
Location: Residence within the Raleigh, North Carolina, geography or close proximity of the territory is required

Preferred

Previous experience generating large referral networks in the behavioral/mental health and psychiatry space
Knowledge or prior experience with TMS devices
