Business Development Manager - Device Connectivity
Weidmüller is a global leader in industrial connectivity, seeking a Business Development Manager for Device Connectivity. The role involves driving sales growth for PCB connector solutions, managing relationships with OEM customers, and executing marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and profitability for Device Connectivity/ PCB connector solutions within an assigned region
Lead sales and support activities with key OEM customers, distributors, and channel partners
Develop a strong understanding of regional market size, trends, and growth opportunities by industry and product segment
Partner closely with Industry Managers to build and execute targeted industry strategies
Implement and support marketing programs and sales initiatives to exceed regional revenue goals
Manage territory budgets, sales forecasts, and overall cost of sales and profitability
Conduct regular territory and regional business reviews with channel partners
Represent Weidmüller as a trusted advisor in device connectivity and PCB-level applications
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in electronics component / PCB connector sales
Strong background selling to OEMs, industrial distribution, and system integrators
Proven consultative selling and design-in influence
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in EE, Business, or equivalent experience considered
