Responsibilities
Partner with Compliance to gather materials and vet potential partners
Collaborate with Marketing and partners to build and execute campaigns
Coordinate with Development to support partner integrations (interactive voice response/IVR, application program interface/API, landing pages, pay plans)
Prepare and send partner contracts
Train partners on Copilot and related tools
Perform duties effectively in a remote work environment, maintaining communication and meeting deadlines
Qualification
Required
Education required HS diploma/GED
Experience required
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and sit or stand for periods throughout the work day
Must be available 8-5 M-F
Work in office 3 days a week
MS Office Suite - Excel (basic knowledge)
ClickUp (basic knowledge)
General office or administrative experience supporting day-to-day business operations
Experience coordinating tasks and information across multiple teams or departments
Experience working with external contacts such as partners, vendors, or clients
Experience managing documentation, contracts, or records with attention to detail
Experience supporting projects, scheduling, or follow-up activities
Experience using standard office and collaboration tools (email, calendars, shared documents, virtual meeting platforms)
Ability to prioritize tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines in a remote or independent work environment
