Responsibilities

Effectively manage others by consistently applying the INTRUST’s supervisor and manager expectations; relationship management; feedback; coaching and development; establishing effective work culture expectations; critical thinking; business acumen and resource management
Administer the staffing issues of the business unit and performs the budgeting and strategic planning functions
Marketing, development and ongoing management of syndicated bank partners within the Syndicated Lending Group
Oversight of the review and underwriting of new syndicated credits. Including identification and evaluation of intrinsic and extrinsic credit risks, pricing, and portfolio concentration management, documentation review and legal review
Management and oversight of purchased syndicated credits handled within the Syndicated Lending Group. This includes oversight of annual reviews, ongoing compliance reporting, managing credit change requests and ongoing servicing
Keeping informed of the bank’s goals for investments in purchasing of syndicated credits, including maintaining the syndicated portfolio within the guidelines of bank policy
Oversight of syndicated sales, as requested by relationship managers and senior management, including development of confidential information memorandums, identifying and communicating with potential partner banks, support relationship manager and credit review and assist with creation of loan documentation and managing of closings

Required

A college degree in business, preferably a major in finance, accounting, or economics or experience of 8-15 years in lending and managing relationships
Skills required in financial analysis along with good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interview customers and banking partners to ensure the understanding of credits and the needs of the customer and banking partner
Advanced computer skills for spreadsheet preparation, word processing, and power point presentations
