Responsibilities
Support Workday transformation projects from planning through execution
Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project milestones and deliverables
Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain project documentation
Assist with change management activities and stakeholder communication
Support testing, training, and deployment activities
Monitor project risks and help escalate issues as needed
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of project coordination or junior project management experience
Exposure to Workday or similar enterprise systems
Experience supporting technology implementations or transformation initiatives
Project coordination and organizational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field
