Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI-powered automation solutions for IT service management, including natural language processing for service desk operations, intelligent query systems, and automated response generation
Design and build data pipelines and integration workflows connecting IT systems, databases, and automation platforms using modern programming languages and frameworks
Collaborate with IT operations teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience
Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization of AI/ML models and automation workflows to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance in production environments
Document technical implementations, create user guides, and present project outcomes to stakeholders across the IT organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical
Strong programming skills with demonstrated experience in object-oriented programming and software development through coursework or projects
Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or neural networks through coursework or project work
Experience with database systems and data structures through academic projects or practical applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a systematic approach to debugging and optimization
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Eagerness to learn enterprise IT systems, cloud technologies, and modern automation frameworks in a production environment
Preferred
Project experience with machine learning frameworks and AI application development
Experience with full-stack web development, including frontend and backend technologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
Experience with version control systems and collaborative software development practices
Understanding of IT service management concepts and workflows
Previous internship or professional experience in software development or IT operations
