Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Apartment Maintenance Manager role for multifamily community
EPA Certification required
CPO Certification required
Impeccable record-keeping and reporting skills
Physical agility and mobility
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
