Design and implement sales plans that expand the company's customer base
Develop proposals, provide technical overviews and answer commercial questions
Close sales transactions through contract execution, sales order or other formal instruments
Create business models that support expansion and improved sales opportunities
Achieve growth objectives and meet or exceed sales targets
Recommend new or improved products and services based on customer feedback or evolving industry trends
Support continuous improvement and lead or participate in efforts to maximize business process effectiveness
Effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels within the company
Ability to travel as required, and up to 50% of the time
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or marketing
Three to five years of sales experience
Proven track record of positive sales performance
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in prospecting, discovery, active listening and handling objections
Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to travel as required, and up to 50% of the time
Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.)
Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties
Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions
Effectively communicate in Business English language
Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties

Experience with high value products and services preferred
Knowledge of aviation products and services including MRO and CPFH programs preferred
FAA pilot and/or A&P mechanic certification desirable
