Fourth Floor is a lifestyle wholesaler seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive for soft home textiles. This role involves managing and expanding key retail relationships, focusing on bulk and high-volume programs to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of retail accounts across mass, off-price, and value channels
Drive bulk and large-volume programs, from initial opportunity through execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
Negotiate pricing, terms, and programs to support profitability and long-term growth
Build strong relationships with retail buyers, merchants, and internal cross-functional teams
Identify new opportunities through market trends, account analysis, and competitive insights
Partner closely with product development, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure successful launches and on-time fulfillment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience selling home textiles or soft home products (bedding, bath, pillows, rugs, throws, etc.)
Experience working with high-volume, bulk, or value-driven retail accounts (off-price, mass, or specialty)
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
