Responsibilities

Deliver a consistent and distinctive innovation strategy and pipeline that meets and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the R&D, HCP, Customer, CBI, Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations
Work closely with the local markets’ teams to deliver the brand pipeline ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs met for the BMCs
Deliver winning innovation launches plans through strong collaboration with the markets based on consumer needs and by using agile development tools to accelerate timelines and quality
Develop and ensure the implementation of consistent and aligned global innovations together with launch playbooks: content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) that support the master brand
Develop strong consumer validation plan in partnership with CBI
Develop winning killer claim strategy and work to validate with Regulatory, Legal and Medical teams
Develop design briefs and manage key stakeholder inputs to packaging design
Partner with Key Markets and PMO Organization to lead and advance project stages through Governance foruns
Drive outside in landscape and insight
Ensure strong collaboration & participation in Project Meetings as part of the aligned cadence
Collaborates strongly with the top 10 markets, to understand consumer, customer and HCP insights and challenges in order to develop winning go to market and the best long-term plans for the brand
Always put consumer first to unleash the best insights to drive brand performance, with Outside-In and strategic mindset Work and influence different Cultural Backgrounds and work with different time zones

Qualification

CPG Marketing ExperienceGlobal E2E InnovationOral Care ExperienceBrand Strategy DevelopmentConsumer InsightsCollaboration SkillsProject Management

Required

8 years of Progressive CPG Marketing Experience executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations
2 years' experience managing global E2E innovation processes and global pipeline development (including creation of breakthrough and/or disrupt innovation)

Preferred

At least 1 year experience in Oral Care
Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience
Experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional teams
Evidence of leading & growing a large global brand with meaningful sales outside of US
Strong track record of success working with local markets, preferable clout in NA &/or AP
