Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative support for the Face-to-Face Fundraising program
Prepare and process weekly invoices for multiple vendors
Responsible for reconciling fees and refunds, and following up with vendors to resolve errors and payment delays
Lead multiple data processes required to support the data, reporting and compliance needs of the program
Assist the Manager, Sustainer Acquisition with sites management, including updating internal documents for site tracking and ensuring all vendors comply with site reporting requirements
Effectively communicate or distribute information to assist staff in making decisions, solving problems, and improving workflow
May be asked to take on additional duties to enhance the work of the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience or equivalent combination
Experience building relationships with staff, customers or similar
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in areas such as PivotTables, complex formulas, data-validation, etc
Experience in business writing
Experience working across teams
Preferred
Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated
Face-to-face fundraising industry experience appreciated
Ability to analyze information for the purpose of coordinating and planning activities, and solving problems
Ability to implement processes and strategic program goals
Ability to coordinate projects and work under pressure
Ability to use existing technology to achieve desired results
Experience interpreting guidelines to achieve desired results
Strong organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
