Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact to the team's clients for all account and trade servicing related issues
Serve as resource to multiple representatives in supporting client relationships for the team
Provide overview of client reporting and web capabilities to potential new clients
Process and reconcile daily trading activity. Resolve any discrepancies or exceptions in a timely manner
Manage the ongoing processing of all transactions and ad hoc requests
Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Teams in assisting with Over-the-Counter (OTC) documentation setup, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Serve as key liaison to other areas supporting PWM clients including operations, performance and compliance, including cross divisional operational groups
Plan and manage the new account onboarding process, including documentation and funding supported by account opening and approval teams
Serve as a liaison with various internal departments, including Operations, Engineering, Strats, Controllers, Risk, and Compliance, to facilitate issue resolution and process improvement
Participate in group projects to improve quality and efficiency within the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required, you must be a May 2026 grad to be considered for this opportunity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
Strong interest in client service
Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
Interest in Financial Services Industry
SIE, Series 7 and 63 required (must be obtained within six months of employment)
