Responsibilities
Contact customers to request payment and provide account support
Process incoming payments and manage EDI transactions
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Verify and enter contractual deductions and allowances
Research and resolve short pays and chargebacks
Gather documentation to support outstanding balances
Provide backup support to the accounting team
Partner with sales and customer service to resolve pricing and payment issues
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence
A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Excellent organization and communication skills
Professional, customer-focused approach
Preferred
Experience with SAP Business One or HANA (a plus!)
