Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting activities and review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance
Reconcile general ledger accounts and research discrepancies
Prepare and maintain internal financial reports to support business decisions
Maintain multiple schedules related to grants, audits, and month-end close activities
Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
Support financial statement review, analysis, and research
Assist with annual audit preparation and respond to auditor requests
Provide accounting support for special projects and ad hoc reporting needs
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of related accounting experience
Construction accounting experience required
