Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair roof leaks accurately and efficiently
Perform residential and commercial roofing repairs
Replace shingles, flashing, pipe boots, vents, and related components
Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and repairs
Document repairs with photos and notes in company systems
Maintain a clean, professional job site and company standards
Meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks
Qualification
Required
Proven roofing experience is required (repairs preferred)
Strong knowledge of roofing systems and leak diagnostics
Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions
Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
Professional, customer-facing communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
