Responsibilities
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements (general ledger accounts, month-end journal entries, and expense accruals)
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly regulation reporting
Maintain chart of accounts
AR reporting
Daily AP duties (credit card posting, EFT drafts, and bank uploads)
Post daily banking transactions
Inventory adjustments and returns as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 4-6 years of Accounting Manager (or equivalent) experience
Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to effectively work as a team
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
