Responsibilities
Act as a Technical Program Manager, owning end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs
Partner closely with engineering, architecture, product, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and delivery across multiple workstreams
Translate business requirements into clear technical plans and execution roadmaps
Identify, track, and mitigate technical and program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design decisions when required
Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication with senior leadership
Ensure alignment across teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Lead continuous improvement in program management processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional technical programs
Experience working in cloud, distributed systems, platforms, or large enterprise systems
Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile, and program management frameworks
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
Preferred
Experience in product-driven or platform organizations
Background working with AWS / cloud-native technologies
Experience in high-growth or large-scale enterprise environments
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or other relevant certifications
