Responsibilities
Developing and executing purchasing and sourcing strategies
Supporting hotels and internal colleagues with procurement guidance and solutions
Managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and supply continuity
Providing oversight of inventory planning to support hotel operations and service delivery
Partnering with cross-functional teams on sustainability, cost efficiency, and scalability initiatives
Ensuring purchased goods meet quality standards and specifications
Contributing to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in procurement or a leadership role within hospitality, with demonstrated experience supporting hotel operations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Hospitality industry experience preferred
Experience with function-specific systems and tools, including BirchStreet, Microsoft applications, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
