Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule transportation routes with precision and safety for individuals across the state
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, resolving conflicts promptly while adhering to departmental guidelines
Ensure flawless production and processing of schedules and reports, maintaining up-to-date and accurate data
Protect confidential information by maintaining a secure and dependable environment
Provide exceptional support to team members in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, chipping into overall team success
Use Word, Excel, Outlook calendar, and Adobe Acrobat to streamline communication and manage tasks effectively
Perform dispatching duties as required, ensuring swift and effective communication to keep operations running smoothly

Required

Two (2) years of general clerical work experience
Knowledge of office systems and procedures including proper telephone usage and filing
Skills: interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills; performing arithmetical computations
Ability to perform a full range of clerical tasks
Ability to operate office equipment which includes computers, tablets, and other electronic equipment
Ability to operate office suite software
Ability to schedule and prioritize workflow
Ability to read and interpret complex instructions

Preferred

Experience working within a Social and Human Services institution
Experience scheduling appointments efficiently and resolving appointment conflicts when necessary
Experience producing and processing schedules and reports
Experience working in a confidential environment
Experience working in a fast paced, multifaceted environment, supporting multiple team members
Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook calendar and Adobe Acrobat
