Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members professionally
Answer and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages
Provide information regarding visiting hours, services, and facility policies
Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Communicate effectively with nursing, administrative, and support staff
Respond appropriately to emergencies or security concerns
Handle sensitive situations calmly and empathetically
Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulations
Assist with orientation support for new employees or volunteers as needed
Qualification
Required

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a set schedule
