Handle 50–60 calls per day

Accurately document calls and follow up as needed

Work collaboratively with the call center team
Qualification
Required
Call center: 1 year (Required)
Data entry: 1 year (Required)
Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
Strong verbal communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to Commute: Farmington, CT (Required)
Preferred
Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
