Growth Analyst
Confidential Jobs is seeking a Growth Analyst who will transform data into actionable insights to drive revenue growth. The role involves analyzing the revenue engine, optimizing pricing strategies, running experiments, and providing leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities
Mine HubSpot, pipeline dashboards, and based metrics for insights
Identify bottlenecks in funnel conversion, deal velocity, and partner performance
Build “growth scorecards” that highlight risks and opportunities weekly
Translate numbers into why it’s happening and what to do next
Recommend experiments across sales plays, partner routing, and enablement
Work with RevOps to update workflows, rules, or dashboards based on findings
Develop pricing frameworks that balance win rates with margin and lifetime value
Analyze deal-level pricing patterns to surface where discounts, packaging, or price positioning are impacting profitability
Use competitive intelligence and market pricing data to recommend price adjustments or offer structuring tactics that increase conversion without eroding margin
Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to build dynamic pricing tools and dashboards that inform deal negotiations and contracting decisions
Recommend pricing experiments and guardrails (e.g., price range thresholds, discount caps, value metrics) to optimize both win probability and revenue quality
Partner with sellers and enablement to A/B test messaging, cadences, and outreach
Collaborate with Partnerships to test incentives and co-selling motions
Measure results, report back, and scale what works
Build models to predict revenue outcomes based on pipeline health
Sit in sales/partner calls to hear deal context in real-time
Provide leadership with proactive recommendations, not just dashboards
Ensure insights from data actually change seller behavior by partnering with sales enablement and sales leadership
Manage commission processes for Sales and Partnerships teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Finance through regular reconciliation and collaboration
Qualification
Required
3–6 years in RevOps, FP&A, sales strategy, consulting, or growth analytics
Strong skills in BI tools (Power BI, DAX, SQL, or equivalent)
Exceptional at turning numbers into stories, not just creating charts
Experience designing and measuring growth experiments
Curious, scrappy, and comfortable in a fast-scaling SaaS environment
Excited about AI and leveraging it to upskill quickly in new areas and adopt new technologies
