Responsibilities

Serve as the overall program lead for delivery and claims initiatives
Manage and mentor Project Managers supporting individual workstreams
Track program milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to closure
Deliver clear, concise executive-level communication and status reporting
Partner closely with client stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes

Qualification

Program managementHealthcare domain experienceStakeholder managementAgile deliveryLarge project managementCommunication skills

Required

Program management experience leading large teams or full program domains
Hands-on experience managing $5M+ programs or projects
Strong healthcare domain experience; claims experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
Prior experience working within large consulting engagements or system integrators
