Lottery Product Strategy Specialist
The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is the steward of the Government of the District of Columbia’s finances. They are seeking a Lottery Product Strategy Specialist to develop agency strategies for lottery products to maximize agency sales and transfers to the District of Columbia.

Responsibilities
Developing and executing an annual lottery plan
Creating innovative prize structures based on lottery knowledge
Developing and maintaining an optimum assortment of games
Performing market research and generating reports that highlight potential areas for growth
Coordinating ordering and production requirements with print/license vendors
Serving as an expert on a variety of special promotions
Supporting customer inquiries and assisting in the winner awareness program
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Four (4) years of progressive experience performing the related duties and responsibilities such as overseeing the product development lifecycle for digital platforms, marketing and campaign strategies, consumer advertising, market research analysis and sales operations
The incumbent must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Content Management System (CMS) preferred
Lottery and gaming experience are a plus
