Marketing & Creative Services Manager
Nereus, a VTM Group company, is a full-service strategic communications firm seeking a Marketing & Creative Services Manager. This role involves driving demand generation, creative execution, and scalable marketing delivery, while managing marketing workflows and optimizing performance against defined KPIs.
Responsibilities
In conjunction with leadership, own execution of marketing plans and campaigns tied to lead generation, funnel performance, and growth KPIs
Translate leadership guidance into clear, executable marketing roadmaps and delivery plans
Plan and optimize integrated demand programs across SEO, paid social/search, email, webinars, and content
Manage marketing workflows and campaign execution using project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com)
Collaborate cross-functionally to support MQL handoff, pipeline tracking, and CRM conversion. Track and improve performance against defined KPIs (leads, conversion rates, channel ROI)
Serve as day-to-day marketing owner for VTM Group growth initiatives
Manage campaign calendars, messaging, and channel execution aligned to sales priorities
Own social media calendar and basic website updates, troubleshooting, and landing page builds from templates (this is not a developer role)
Comfortable drafting and editing marketing copy; including web content, blogs, emails, and campaign materials
Execute light design work using Canva and Adobe tools; ensure assets are campaign ready
Quick to adopt new platforms, including AI-powered tools for marketing and social media video creation
Run a lightweight creative services function to deliver repeatable creative and digital work
Manage a group of contract creatives and digital specialists; assign work for internal and client projects and ensure quality delivery through our project management platform
Implement templates, workflows, and standards to improve speed, consistency, and cost efficiency
Own performance tracking and reporting using GA4 and platform analytics
Monitor lead flow from MQL through pipeline, using CRM and reporting tools to assess lead quality and conversion
Provide clear insights and recommendations tied to lead generation and campaign performance
Continuously test and optimize channels, workflows, and messaging
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of hands-on marketing experience with ownership of campaigns and performance outcomes
Proven experience driving marketing-led lead generation and managing KPIs
Experience managing projects and workflows in tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com CRM, including MQL handoff and pipeline reporting
Strong execution capability across SEO, paid media, content, and lifecycle marketing
Comfortable using WordPress and similar tools for website updates and landing page builds from templates
Strong writing and editing skills
Practical creative skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing contractors or external partners
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
