Responsibilities
Must maintain compliance with all workplace policies, procedures, ordinances, laws, and other communicated expectations, including but not limited to: Employment Manual, Gaming Ordinance, State Gaming Compact, Minimum Internal Controls, Department Procedures, memos, and other communications from supervisory or regulatory personnel
Accurately record data into assigned spreadsheets in a timely manner
Accurately record general journal entries in accounting system in a timely manner
Assist in financial audit preparations
Prepare W2G and 1099 tax filings
Strictly adhering to the confidentiality requirements of the Finance Division
Must attend all training and meetings as assigned
Must adhere to all established rules, regulations, procedures and policies of North Star Mohican Casino Resort and the Finance Department
Must be able to work with a variety of people with diverse personalities
Must adhere to departmental approved dress code
Must be reliable and prompt when reporting to work

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required if you are 19 years old and under
Proficient with Excel and be attentive to detail
Must possess excellent communication skills
Must have demonstrated ability to maintain satisfactory working record in any prior or current employment
Preferred
High school diploma or GED is preferred
Familiarity with Great Plains software is a plus
