They are looking for a motivated IT Intern to gain hands-on experience in corporate IT operations, hardware lifecycle management, and end-user support across multiple office locations in New York City and Upstate New York.

Responsibilities
Hardware Deployment: Assist with unboxing, imaging, and setting up new laptops (Windows) and peripherals
Asset Management: Help maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware, including tagging equipment and updating our asset database
Desktop Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for common issues involving Microsoft 365, printers, and connectivity
Office Maintenance: Assist in setting up workstations, conference room AV equipment, and cable management
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Foundational knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (for moving equipment and desktop setups)
Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID or basic networking concepts
