They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of high-end luxury custom homes, managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining quality control and strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through closeout

Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, and designers

Oversee schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders

Lead subcontractors and vendors with a strong on-site presence

Maintain quality control, safety standards, and attention to detail

Proactively solve problems and keep projects moving forward

Build and maintain strong relationships with local trades and suppliers

Balance field leadership with office responsibilities such as documentation and scheduling

Use Buildertrend or similar software to manage projects and communication

Comfortable working in both the field and office environment

Preferred
