Member of the Board of Advisors
Cognes Medical Solutions is building a smartphone-based, non-invasive screening and monitoring platform for dementia detection. They are seeking senior neurologists, psychiatrists, physicians, clinical researchers, and healthcare executives to join their Board of Advisors to support scientific validation, adoption, and capital formation.
Responsibilities
Contribute strategically rather than operationally
Support clinical validation and evidence-generation strategy
Advise on trial design, endpoints, and protocol optimization
Inform research-use and early clinical adoption pathways
Guide regulatory sequencing (research-use → CE/FDA)
Contribute to health-economic and system-level positioning
Facilitate strategic partnerships across academia, pharma, CROs, and healthcare systems
Define optimal clinical and research use cases for early cognitive screening
Inform trial design, study endpoints, and longitudinal monitoring strategies
Advise on integration into research, memory-clinic, and specialty-care workflows
Support regulatory, ethics, and compliance strategy development
Inform commercialization sequencing across research, pharma, and healthcare markets
Provide strategic input on global adoption and expansion priorities
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with clinical research, diagnostics, or regulated healthcare environments
Comfort providing strategic guidance rather than hands-on execution
Interest in advancing early detection and improving dementia outcomes
Willingness to commit 1–2 hours per month for advisory engagement
Preferred
10+ years of experience in one or more relevant domains
