Senior Financial Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic business partner across the organization, combining core FP&A responsibilities with Sales Operations & Analytics support to drive strategic planning and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, partnering with the CFO as well as department heads to build accurate financial models that support near-term forecasting and long-term strategic planning
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Client Operations, Product and Tech) to provide financial guidance on key business decisions
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and business cases for new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects
Prepare financial reports for executive leadership and board meetings that tell a clear story of business performance that are timely, accurate, and insightful
Ensure consistency and accuracy across all financial communications, maintaining high standards for data integrity
Collaborate with the CFO and senior leadership team to prepare materials for board presentations
Analyze sales pipeline health and conversion metrics to forecast revenue and identify areas of concern or opportunity
Track quota attainment across sales teams and product lines, providing actionable insight to improve performance and accountability
Support pricing strategy through competitive analysis, profitability modeling, and deal structuring
Develop dashboards and reports that give leadership real-time visibility into KPIs
Collaborate with Sales and executive leadership to optimize compensation structures and go-to-market strategies
Implement and champion new tools, technologies and processes that improve the efficiency of FP&A and Sales Ops functions
Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance forecasting accuracy, automate reporting, and generate deeper analytical insights
Build and optimize automated data pipelines to eliminate repetitive tasks and enable real-time decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or a hybrid finance role, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis
Demonstrated experience implementing automation and process improvements
Proven ability to prepare executive-level and board-level financial presentations with strong attention to detail
Sharp business acumen with ability to understand sales and revenue drivers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM systems and BI tools
