Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of video and photo production, from concept development to final delivery
Produce professional editorial, educational, and marketing video content
Independently manage and operate video and photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio, in both studio and on-location environments
Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to develop engaging visual narratives
Demonstrate strong expertise in shooting and editing video and still photography
Create animations and custom imagery for use across multiple platforms
Adapt quickly to shifting project priorities while maintaining creative excellence
Travel as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in video and content production
Proven experience shooting and editing video for digital, marketing, or social platforms
Working knowledge of still photography
Strong understanding of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio capture
Strong creative problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
