Qualification
Required
Technical expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing compression equipment and related systems
Experience with maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance, and equipment inspection
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in maintaining service documents and reports with accuracy and clarity
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in field environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
Willingness to work on-site in Midland, TX, and flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Technical certification or relevant experience is a plus
