Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance, pipeline trends, customer data and productivity metrics to generate actionable insights for sales leadership
Provide segmentation analysis and revenue performance tracking to support business strategic decisions
Identify risks, gaps and opportunities in sales forecast as a guideline to assist in corrective actions
Coordinate and participate in various monthly performance reviews, assessing forecast reliability and accuracy
Proactively analyze pipeline and win-loss data, reporting essential insights to sales leadership
Provide business management support (BMS) to key stakeholders, ensuring their operational needs are met
Orchestrating/ coordinating/ consolidating of monthly business reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics or similar role
Preferred
Proficiency in aggregating data from multiple sources to create coherent and actionable insights
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel and Data Visualization tools
Adaptability to manage ambiguity, changing business requirements and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
Ability to translate complex business questions into clear, data-supported answers
