Responsibilities
Manage and support cases from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Participate in hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Conduct legal research and case strategy development
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on active litigation matters
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of civil litigation experience
Active admission to the California State Bar
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid Los Angeles-based environment
Preferred
Experience with or exposure to federal court is a strong plus
Background in consumer protection, plaintiff-side litigation, or personal injury is preferred
