The primary purpose of this position is to focus on testing and quality assurance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions supporting sales, marketing, and service teams.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Dynamics 365 CRM applications
Collaborate closely with developers, project teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing across CRM modules
Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data sets
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools
Ensure data integrity and solution release consistency across CRM environments
Support release management activities including validation of builds and deployment readiness
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance team efficiency
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
1 year of experience in software testing, preferably in CRM systems required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Adaptability – Thrives in a cross-functional, Agile development environment

Preferred
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly preferred
Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, EasyRepro, Postman)
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar CI/CD tools
Understanding of data management, API testing, and release cycles
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools
