Responsibilities
Lead Snowflake migrations from planning through cutover and post-migration stabilization
Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders
Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Provide hands-on support as needed (SQL validation, testing, data mapping, issue triage)
Guide clients on Snowflake best practices (architecture, RBAC, governance, performance, cost optimization)
Partner with data engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to ensure alignment
Run agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and milestone reviews
Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
7+ years of project management experience in data, cloud, or analytics environments
Multiple successful Snowflake migration deliveries (must-have)
Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture, warehouses, RBAC, pipelines, and cost controls
Ability to be hands-on with SQL testing, validation, and data mapping
Excellent communication skills with executive and technical stakeholders
Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
Preferred
Commercial pharma / life sciences experience strongly preferred
