Responsibilities
Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with local business leaders and decision-makers
Identify client workforce challenges and recommend tailored staffing and employment solutions
Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking events, referrals, and social media engagement
Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure high-quality talent placements and client satisfaction
Represent Express Employment Professionals with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels
Confidence using LinkedIn and other professional platforms for networking and lead generation
Self-starter with strong time-management skills and a goal-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
Preferred
Previous experience in B2B sales, staffing, business development, or customer service
