Responsibilities
Operate and support tactical simulation systems during military training exercises
Provide SME support for Mission Command systems integrated with simulations
Initialize, operate, monitor, and shut down simulation and mission command systems
Support leader training events at the Mission Simulations Center (MSC)
Provide technical instruction and guidance to military personnel in a tactical environment
Assist with system integration and coordination during FCoE exercises
Troubleshoot system issues and maintain operational readiness during training events
Perform duties as directed by the Chief of the Mission Simulations Center
Qualification
Required
Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of experience operating JLCCTC Version 8.1 / WARSIM in support of military training events
Minimum 1 year of experience initializing, operating, and shutting down at least one Mission Command system, including: AFATDS, CPCE, JADOCS, AMDWS, FAAD, ADSI
Experience with simulation and training support tools such as ExCIS, MetaVR / MUSE, and DXTRS
Strong understanding of tactical military training environments
Ability to provide hands-on technical training and end-user support
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Prior military service or direct military training support experience
