Design Elements – Design grading, drainage, and utility plan preparation
Engineering Design & Modeling – Utilize industry-leading software to develop engineering solutions
Project Documentation & Reporting – Assist in preparing technical reports and project plans
Construction Cost Estimating – Support project budgeting and planning efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or within one semester of graduation) with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Engineer Intern (EI) certification is required (or ability to acquire upon hire)
0-4 years of experience in community development and planning is preferred
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly desirable
Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats
A self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to innovate
A proactive learner who welcomes feedback and continuously seeks improvement
Preferred
0-4 years of experience in community development and planning
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
