Responsibilities
Operate and monitor digital printing equipment during overnight production
Set up, run, and troubleshoot print jobs to meet quality and deadline expectations
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic adjustments on equipment
Review job tickets and ensure files, materials, and output are accurate
Identify print defects and make real-time corrections
Work closely with teammates to keep workflow moving efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital systems
Experience operating digital print equipment (production environment preferred)
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print-quality issues
Comfortable working independently on 3rd shift
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable attendance and ability to meet production deadlines
