Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Analyst

Responsibilities

Review and provide comments and recommendations on MPT planning documentation (e.g., Policy, Process, Analysis Reports, Plans, and Manpower Estimate Reports)
Review and provide comments and recommendations on Training products (e.g. Tasks Lists, lesson plans, handouts, media, test packages, job aids)
Support PdM IW Senior MPT Specialist in related IPTs, working groups and meetings (e.g. Meeting coordination, materials, and minutes) as requested
Review and provide comments and recommendations on program IPT documentation
Conduct targeted MPT analysis or provide MPT support on related program analyses, development and use of MPT analysis tools, and provide draft reports as requested to support development of MPT planning documentation
Consolidate MPT Bi-Weekly reports, build briefing materials and support execution of PdM IW MPT-related meetings and activities
Deliver New Equipment Training (NET), student evaluations, and sustainment training to USMC personnel in Okinawa, Hawaii, and other US bases and stations
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

4 years of relevant experience
Active Secret security clearance
Degree requirement may be waived if experience includes direct experience in manpower studies, training design and development, or delivery of military or technical training

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Familiarity with NAVMC 1553.1A, Systems Approach to Training and Education
Prior experience at Marine Corps Systems Command or DoW Acquisition organizations
