Responsibilities
Greet all guests upon arrival with a genuine, friendly smile and professional service
Present the unique concept, sharing the tradition and craftsmanship that defines the product, ensuring a positive and consistent dining experience
Engage directly with the public, participating in external promotional activities like street sampling, flyer distribution, and launch events to invite new customers
Proactively collect guest feedback and collaborate with the operations team to maintain high service standards and assist during peak times
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people
Well-groomed appearance, friendly demeanor, and a consistently welcoming attitude
Preferred
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or promotional roles
Fluent in English and good in Spanish; knowledge of Italian is a plus
A passion for Italian food and culture
